Worldwide millions of tons of concrete are unnecessarily ripped out and discarded annually. The vast majority of this concrete is in good structural shape. There are some exceptions but the common cracking and spalling (chipping of flaking) are repairable.   Cracks can be filled and once the flaking is removed, it can be restored with engineered combination of additives and cements.   The resulting finish is not only beautiful, but eliminates the corrosive effects of weather and wear.
